Trout Fishing

Trout Fishing

Florida Miami Trout Fishing has been excellent this year. Biscayne Bay is starting to produce excellent fishing trips worth coming to experience. While you Visit Miami, Florida, don’t miss out on a Florida Fishing adventure that will last a lifetime while catching sea trout. Bring your family and friends along and get them hooked on Fishing.

Captain Dan and his father Pat Franco fished the Nice & Easy with Captain Brian from Lower Matecumbe in the Florida Keys all the way across Florida Bay. About a 28 mile journey. We started fishing near channel two bridge and after a slow bite we decided to cross the Bay. At the first set of markers we decided to try to hook a very large goliath grouper that Captain Dan spotted under the channel marker. I set up what I thought would be enough fire power. A TLD 25 with 60lb test line with a #10 bronze hook attached to a 100LB test flourocarbon leader.

We had a live blue runner in the live well. Pat tried his hand at this monster goliath that we all estimated to be over 300LBS/ After a short tussle the fish had enough of Pat and the Nice & Easy team. The line broke. Very exciting Trout Fishing.

We kept on our trip past Sandy Key into Flamingo. We had a great time catching speckled seatrout, mangrove snappers and a lot of other fish. Ladyfish , gaffsail catfish, and jack crevalles. After the well was full of dinner, Capt. Dan and his father Pat said it was time to head back to Islamorada. Capt. Dan is the Captain of an eighty foot luxury yacht and Pat is a genuine gold miner out near Yosemite. We had a great day!!!!!!

Biscayne Bay Fishing Charter

Biscayne Bay Fishing Charter

Florida Fishing in the late summer months and early fall can bring wonderful surprises. Miami is the perfect location to explore some inshore fishing on a Biscayne Bay Fishing Charter.

I had the pleasure of fishing with Ainsleigh and Gary traveling from Scotland. While they were visiting this great state and city, they wanted to catch some of the variety of species Miami holds.

We had a great trip out on the water. They really enjoyed the scenery and beautiful shoreline that the Bay has to offer.

Ainsleigh and Gary caught over 20 quality sea trout. Ainsleigh landed a 20 pound nurse shark and Gary landed a 40 lb nurse shark on 8 pound test line.

One of the best remarks I got as they were leaving the boat is that this was their best trip out on the water. We had a blast just cruising around and also catching the numbers and variety we did.

Water and weather conditions held up very well. It is always a joy to have the action that we did.

We are looking forward to their next adventure to the states for some more of the action here in Miami or the other amazing locations that we offer here. Do not miss out on your adventure to catch these elusive fish that love the waters in Miami. It surely will be the time of your life and you will create memories that will keep you coming back for more.

Florida Fishing Bonefish in Miami’s Biscayne Bay

Florida Fishing Bonefish

Bonefish are one of the most mysterious fish you can encounter and catch. Landing a trophy bonefish is a dream for many inshore anglers especially here in South Florida. Enjoy Florida Fishing Bonefish in Miami or the Florida Keys.

Biscayne Bay, Miami is known for some of the best and largest bonefish on earth. The average Biscayne Bay Bonefish weighs in at 8 pounds. Several world records have been taken over 16 pounds though. It is a true honor to be able to land one of these amazing inshore species.

Bonefish are torpedo-shaped and often resemble a gray ghost as they move through the backwaters and inshore flats of Miami and the Florida Keys. They have a conical, scaleless head with a black-tipped snout. Hunt the shallow flats for the adults that occupy sea grass beds and sandy bottoms.

Take an adventure south to Miami or the Florida Keys, get on board our small quite vessel and cast for a fish of a lifetime. When you get hooked up, be ready for this drag screaming fish to run for yards while you laugh and smile. Nothing beats the adrenaline rush of hooking up onto one of these elusive beasts.
